Hi, I’m Zoe!
My journey into baking began several years ago, creating treats for friends and family.
In 2018, that passion blossomed into the Ginger Bear Bakery. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a thriving business, and I eventually left my full-time job to focus entirely on it. With a background in art, design, and fashion, my love for creativity and colour naturally found a home in my baking.
Today, I’m proud to have built an extensive portfolio of exquisite wedding cakes, delivering to some of the most beautiful venues across South Wales.
I work from my home studio, a creative sanctuary where I pour countless hours into baking and decorating. Alongside wedding cakes, I also create custom cakes for special occasions like birthdays, engagements, and baby showers. It’s a joy to combine my creative passions with my career every day.
Our process

The first step in our process is to make an enquiry.
By sharing your details with us, we can determine if we’re the perfect match for your special day while also gaining a clear understanding of your vision.

A booking fee will be required to confirm your booking and secure your date.

Once you have secured your booking, the next step is to create a design board to bring together your vision which includes digital sketches and design options.
Please collate as much inspirational material as possible, Pinterest board links, moods boards etc. The inspiration for the cake really can come from anywhere! -
Your final payment is due 4 weeks before your Wedding.
Once received, we’ll coordinate with the venue to ensure your beautiful cake is delivered safely.
